"Oyster Guy began serving our delicious BBQ Oyster in 2003 at the Napa Chefs Market. Since then we have expanded our business to include all size events including intimate parties to famous events with attendance topping 400,000 people. It all began with some good ol' backyard barbecuing and a love for oysters.

Owner Mark Eleccion decided to bring his love of socializing and cooking onto a grander stage by moving the grill out of the backyard and onto the streets of Napa.

Since that first year in 2003, the demand for oysters has increased to include a variety of food. We now participate in catering events and can cook pretty much anything you can think of.

However our favorite event will always be what got it all started. The Napa Chef's Market. We treasure the opportunity to participate in this community event, cooking for old friends, and getting a chance to make new ones as well.  We thank all our local customers for continuing to patronize and support our business.  Come by and say hi next time you see us cooking."

Where do the oysters come from?
Oyster Guy strives to bring you a quality, fresh, local product.  Oysters are purchased from Tamales Bay Oyster Company in Marshall, CA.  The oysters are farm fresh from the waters of Tamales Bay.
